I actually gave Fastenal a call this morning and asked if they had the Flanged M6 x 30's / M8 x 30s and they said they had none of those...so he told me to check the website which I did.
I will probably end up buying the bolts from Ace Hardware and anything I can't find from them will be ordered through the Fastenal Website!

If they ground down the threads. IT'S NOT a shoulder bolt. The shoulder of the bolt is the same diameter as the threads. If they ground down the threads. It will be under sized. Bad idea!

It's not a shoulder bolt. It's just a bolt with some threads removed.

Any clown can do that.
Different images of shoulder bolts. The shoulder is the same diameter or larger then what the thread diameter is.
