Rip off a piece of paper towel big enough to cover the stencil, cover it in white vinegar and gently apply it over the stencil in a shaded area. Let it soak for five minutes. Afterwards, work on the stencil with your fingernails and try to diagonally lift the stencil off. Rinse and repeat as necessary. If you have quick detailer, use that and a microfiber to wipe off any excess. This worked for me!
