In many cases, that is true. Not with Adam. Adam is probably the brightest guy I've ever met. He took a failing company and turned it into a success, generating truly substantial revenue and obscene profit margins, and he's smart enough to value the personnel that really make him successful. He's the first CEO I've met where I truly respected him.
