That's alright - the panel gaps on some Model 3's are big enough to climb in that way!
(yes, I'm going to Hell. Elon will be there to greet me, though).
Batteries don't do well in extreme temperatures - matters not if those are cold or heat. I'm guessing these are designed to work better in heat though.
