Do NOT put the rear Hotchkis bar on the car. It's way too stiff. IMHO just get the front Hotchkis bar installed and leave the rear stock. If you plan on tracking the car at all you'll be happy you went with the stiff front bar.
As Option said you don't need an alignment for just swaybars but since you're lowering you'll need to get an alignment since the drop will effect the alignment numbers.
