As for sides. I fried eggplant last night so not really feeling anything more fried. I was thinking of roasting a head of Cauliflower and drizzling with hot sauce. sauce sounds bomb.....but only if the mustard is minimal lol not a fan of it to be honest unless its a small amount for a touch of flavor or bite.
i'm super Italian so i'll never say no to pasta. well unless its Marsala. fuuuuck that noise.
