COMPLIMENT THEM
Ask good questions about their organization or process, and then compliment them on how solid it seems to be... People love to be complimented.

STAY POSTITIVE
Don't talk negative about your past experiences or employers ever... It will make you look bad.

ASSUME YOU WILL BE OFFERED THE POSITION
Show enthusiasm and say that you appreciate their time and are looking forward to starting with them (even though they really haven't offered you a job yet). This blows their mind and makes them remember you as being pro-active.
