I would say the only way dealership would be responsible, is if they way overfilled it or way under filled it & caused harm.
Every one I’ve heard on the forum has only had good things to say about fresh fluid in tranny...including myself
I performed my own maintenance & never took to a dealership/ as they would probably have a “Lube Flunky” perfom this
