Late to the party, but

1. Should either of the line on the outside condenser, suction or liquid, be sweaty?

A.The liquid line will never be sweaty, it will always be hot when the system is running. Suction line will get sweatly / frosty.

2. Is it okay if neither of the lines above are sweaty? Temp outside is a approx 78.
A. Fine, but suction should be coold/ cool to the touch & insulated

3. The supply vent air temp is reading 61 after running for about 25 min. This a good sign? Room temp was about 80.

A.Looks like it's kicking


Reason I ask is bc the coils slightly froze up (slightly the bottom coil part) the night before. What was the set point?

A.Chances are you burried the stat & it froze a little trying to reach the set point.

All-in-all system seems GTG.
