I'm glad its not making me want to ditch my Nismo.
I dig the look of it but I'm not a bmw fan at all so having the heart be an unreliable motor I'm good. This would have been epic Toyota redesigning a 2jz to become a lower emission 3jz
and having a manual option in the states.
The car will eventually offer a manual here as they will offer it overseas so it's on the table already. They will just see how sales go.
For me a manual is a must. I suspect that engine having a lot of work around to make it handle high boost. I've never heard of 800hp bmws in a frequent sense like say the old supra where 800hp is the norm.
The predecessor should never overdo the successor
It should be a compliment to the future car.
