Makes me sound kind of greedy but I don’t mean it like that. I live with her right now, just me and her. I have slowly been fixing things that have been broken for many many years. I’d love to get the HVAC working upstairs again but was told it’d be $5k for a new AC unit and idk what’s wrong with the heat side. The blower motor doesn’t even come on anymore. /shrug
