On that note have you ever tried to re-wire a bose car? It isn't fun and involves taking half the car apart and cutting the hell out of your harness. Base is the way to go and it is still nicer than a touring 350z. The interior is more of an opinion thing though as the price on the factory stuff while inflated isn't totally nismo levels of overpriced.

So how come you don't make the same kind of personal slams against Touring owners that you do Nismo owners? That's my beef with you, you make it very personal and then say something like "NO OFFENSE TO NISMO OWNERS". Some of you non-Nismo guys are so vocal I start to think you regret not buying one and are trying to make yourselves feel better with all of your arguments. As I said, I agree with the Nismo not being the best value, but there are other intangibles I would never be able to convince you of so I won't bother. Let's all just try to stick to facts and leave any personal attacks out of it. Geez, it's basically the same car for all intents and purposes and this is supposed to be a forum of enthusiasts who share the same interests.
To the OP, if you're looking for the best value, I agree that the Base/Sport is the best bang for the buck. But I will also say that sometimes you have to go with your gut over your brain. Do what you think is right for you. That's all that matters.
