I think SouthArk is quite mechanically inclined But it's hard to diagnose off just idling sound taken from a standing position.

If possible, put the car on jack stand, remove the undershroud, then do as SouthArk described. That'll give the seasoned Z guys here a much stronger idea for an internet diagnosis.

If 3x visits to dealership isn't getting this done, it's time roll up the sleeves and dig deeper.
