That wouldve been interesting for a busy shop. I had a user one time call me saying they cant log into our intranet. I reset her password, and ask her to try again. She says she still couldnt, even restarted her browser (doh!). I log into the intranet as her. It worked for me. I remote into her PC and ask her to try. She opens a browser, it goes to yahoo homepage. She states, see? Its not going to the intranet...
