I live in NOVA. Only place I take my Z to is Hill's Garage in Baltimore. They pretty much work exclusively on Z's. Frank Hill used to be a Nissan Master Technician and to my knowledge either helped design/build or actually built a turbo kit himself for the Z. Very trustworthy people and it's always good to support a mom+pop shop.
