I had my muffler removed and had custom pipes welded in its place. It costed me $150 and took 4 hours to make. The sound is amazing but there is drone and its very bad between the 3.5k rpm to the 4.5k rpm. I usually avoid the drone by upshifting or downshifting. I regretted it the first week but then I realized that the race car sound outweighs the drone so I decided to keep it. To be honest I don't think its loud enough for a cop to pull you over. but cold starts are loud.
