It's easy to do. I used a Zeitronix kit , ran the sensor inline with my feed line from the S1SE fuel return kit and wired the guage into the ECU. You'll need a tune after that and then poof......Corn fed. I'm still tuning but got my first taste of E85 last week. I had 1/3 tank of 93 at the time but the sensor reads E68 which is'nt bad. I opted for a Flex tune seeing as there are only 5 E85 stations in Orlando. If you don't have E85 all over the place I'd recommend you go the flex route too.
