lol you're a bit far but i think i could mail some. maybe when i do a batch of my flat ill do some that'll burn your insides worse than EW's on a normal day lol

think im gonna thaw out a backstrap for saturday. will have family in. thinking i'll split it in half. do half simple olive oil salt pepper. and the other half i'll let it soak in a mix overnight.
i will admit that a deer backstrap will blow away most filet mignon. fact.
