In the midst of a flare up as we speak. Have had bronchitis for the past week and a half and all the coughing has me sore everyplace.
Getting old ain't for the meek, my friends.
Had an MRI a year ago....degenerative disk disease, 3 bulging disks in my lower back. Someday I'll look back on now and remember these as the good old days when I could still do stuff.
