Yes, from what I discovered "non-sport" Canadian Zs in 2009 at least had the OEM viscous LSD. I figured it out while removing my differential to install my Nismo plated LSD. My car is a 2009 Touring without the Akebonos, synchro rev match, etc.
While it does have the viscous diff, your driving experiences tell the story that it is in fact pretty weak for any real type of performance driving. I swapped mine to the Nismo plated clutch unit for track duty.
