Had a woman from Pittsburgh driving a Caddy stop it the shop. She and her mother was taking a nice ride up in the mountains. Said her car would not start all the time. Turns out to be a bad starter. Told her a rebuilt starter is $230. plus labor. She demands that she wants a brand new one. Called the local Caddy dealership for a price. $2,200 for a new one. Called another dealership. Same price.
