I'm at 302K in the G37. About to do 300K mile service, so I can tell you what plugs look like shortly. At 200K just a small sign of oil burning, I'm at about 7,000 miles on this oil change so I'll probably try to see how much is burning.

What I've seen with these cars, is take care of them and they last. The ones I've seen have issues, once they where opened up there was a good bit of sludge. At this point I don't plan on really doing anything besides standard maintenance and we will see how long it last. My goal was 300-400K miles for the car so everything now is just bonus.
