Definitely. I was at work but I'll go ahead and post one up now that I'm home. So I tap the 12V from the center console cigarette lighter plug. That power is run to the first relay. If reverse is active that relay sends power to the flasher and then to the fog light making it blink. If reverse is not active the relay sends power to relay 2. If brake is active relay 2 sends power to the fog light for solid illumination. If brake is not active then the power stops there. No lighting at all. Note there is also a second 12V from the switch that goes directly to the fog light. That is the second on position which overrides all controls and completely turns on the fog light. The ground for the fog light is simply run to the box so that all grounds are combined and run to a single location in the car. In this case the little bolt with all the grounds in it that you see in the photo above.
For those wanting to do this on their own I'll be making another diagram with some pictures of real parts that should make it easy. Also if you remove the driver's tail light and pull the plug through the grommet you will want to tap ORANGE for REVERSE and GREEN for BRAKE. In the center console there is a YELLOW wire which is 12V ACC.
