I think that if you're on Verizon, the Droid is the better bet, especially since it'll be running Android 2.1 also, soon.

Other than that, its pretty snappy, but it brings nothing new to the table. If you desperately want a phone w/ Android WITHOUT a keyboard and you're on Verizon, then its the way to go. Otherwise, Droid wins.

Furthermore, the unlocked one I believe has both radios, for CDMA and GSM access.

Personally, I think its fairly boring and nothing too special. But, its also their first offering - we'll see how it goes for the next one
