They've claimed that it isn't covered many times. It's kind of a coin flip. Also, the ZSpeed heavy duty CSC is also an option as the external slaves often do not work if you're planning to add turbos down the line.

OP. your best bet is to try and make a deal with the dealership. Bring them the CSC option you want, and they install it.
