I used to deliver parts to those guys....
The former NTB (now Big O tires) were notorious for breaking lugs and stripping lug nuts on customer cars, then charging them to replace them.
I get my tires from either Discount Tire or Tire Rack. The Tire Rack ones go to KC Trends to be mounted.
