Sure, just send me round trip airline tickets from Dallas, free use of a nice car for a month, bed and board for the same time, and tell me how you are going to insure it. What part of CA? I was born in San Francisco, so I know that part of the state...but you can rally anywhere.
OR, go to scca.com, look up the SCCA "Regions" in California, go to their websites and see who likes to rally. Then talk one of them near you into doing one.
