Great write-up.

I had my Z dyno-tuned by a Master Tuner with Ecutek over a year ago at PTuning in Virginia. The customer service by the entire staff was great. Their Tuner, Toan, spent a great deal of time with me talking about the entire process, what I was hoping to accomplish and answered all of my questions. The results were amazing. Far better then expected.

Prior to making the decision to go to PTuning I called another shop in Maryland who tunes with Ecutek, but didn't employ a Master Tuner. I spoke with them on the phone and immediately got the heebie jeebies. They wanted to keep my car over night, tried to sell me a Wot Box (for launch control because I don't have the synchrorev matching trans) and said the car would be outside in their open lot all night, which is in a questionable neighborhood. Yeah...... thanks, but no.

Since then I've had several conversations with Toan about future modifications and tuning. He is patient, friendly, helpful and very transparent.
