If you can work with fiberglass (or putty/carbon/etc.) it looks like it would be fairly easy to duplicate: remove the handle, glass over the recess, cut a slit for the door pull strap (I'd probably use a grommet or something similar to reduce wear), smooth everything out, paint and find a method to connect the strap to the door release latch... not really that complex so long as you have the basic skills for all steps involved.

I think it'd look nice if done correctly however you'd most likely lose the ability to lock your doors from the inside of the vehicle, but that could be worked around as well.
