Yes indeed have your transmission completely flushed using a machine such as the transmission flush machine you can find at your local Nissan dealership service department before you go any further. After you complete a transmission fluid flush see how your transmission shifts afterwards it should “smooth” your shifts out quite a bit. Report back if the problem persists.
