I have the Z1 offerings front and rear with the sprinkle slotted rotors. The fronts were on the car when I got it, and fairly well worn, the last track day I did they warped slightly after 48 laps over the course of 4 sessions. For pads I have Carbotech xp12F and xp10 rear. I replaced the rings for about $350 shipped to me. I think if you track these you will need the Stillen brake ducts which I have on my car now, the steel factory rotors spread the heat load out better than the 2 piece where the heat stays in the ring bettering the chances that they will warp.

I did use a digital caliper to compare the new ones to the old and the new ones were .020" thicker, other than the outside edge where the pad wasn't wearing the rotor.
