You are right. I was asking that for a specific reason. Pads do play a the biggest role in over all bite, but what I have understood from some racing enthusiasts is that when the rotors are cold, it interacts in one way with the pads because of it composition as opposed to being hot. The molecular structure slightly changes with the pad. That said, I am not tracking my car at all. I was more curious of the rotors to stay away from that have been know to crack or warp, being that I would be using it for normal driving. I have heard of horror stories, so I assumed this was the place to go to widdle down what others have experienced. I have looked at the Z1 awhile back and was leaning in that direction, but just need some confirmation.
