I tried everything possible to not destroy the stock knob, but after the first good twist with a rubber grip + microfiber cloth + monkey wrench, the leather on one side pulled out of the seam. Dammit! After that happened, I said f#&k it and just went straight wrench to knob with no mercy.

Good thing I like the finish and feel of the new knob!





I tried and failed so hard. Got my shop to do it... the amount of loctite used was rediculous
