Just an assumption here but your question makes me thin you are asking if they can replace a worn bushing now vs replace the whole subframe? If so then I would caution the only “Nismo” bushing is solid aluminum so that may not be what you are after at all.
As far as dealers actually having the tools needed to do the job that is often not the case and in some cases dealers will take a job that is over their heads just to try to gain customer loyalty and pound their chest, like when I was at Benz taking in an imported AMG black CLK DTM car from #2 at google and then having people try and work on it with no info, info sent from Germany then sent out to be translated and systems we had no access too etc etc all just to appease a high profile customer while all those who touched it lost their butts on it to flat rate working on a car they were not set up for.
Unless your in some remote place I would find a aftermarket z shop as they are more inclined to already have the tool and already done the job hundreds of times. It’s not a hard job but why pay more for someone to over quote time just to ensure they don’t lose their but doing it a first time.
