I've raced at Keystone years ago. Which is in New Alexandria. The one you are thinking about was PID, Pittsburgh International Dragway. Which was in Bridgeville, just off of RT79. Been to that one too. It's now or was a shopping center.
The road course was called Beaverun in Butler. Which is now called Pittsburgh International Raceway
