You are the third owner. The first owner bought it and sold it to a dealer. The dealer then sold it to the second owner as a cpo. During the ownership of the second owner, the vehicle was damaged twice, and some interior pieces were fixed. The second owner sold it back to another dealer (future nissan) and listed it for sale as a pre-owned vehicle, no where does it list it as cpo. More ammo for you...good luck...
