Rebuilt the front brake calipers on the PowerWagon today, and installed stainless brake lines too. Big difference in pedal feel. Took a whole quart and a half of Dot 4 brake fluid to bleed the front calipers.

On the down side. I went to NAPA to get the rebuild kits. They said that they no longer sell caliper rebuild kits. Just the whole rebuilt caliper. So went to Advanced Auto. Got the kits off of them for $11.78 each. But can't get new pistons. So had to reuse the old Bakelite (plastic) pistons. Have a feeling that you won't be able to buy rebuild kits in the future.
