It's difficult to pick a jump starter going by the advertised specs. Lots of variables and it seem that every manufacturer uses different test procedures.

Your checklist specs above mean it was designed for a 4-cylinder engine of less than 2.0 liters. 7800MAH is probably supposed to be 7800mAh (one measure of how much current a source can put out). The specs you listed are very anemic if you want to jump start a 3700cc engine in cold weather (battery output declines and engine is harder to crank at colder temps - double whammy). The one that REVRAY linked to looks like it is more up to the task. And his experience confirms it.
