This Hi-spot conpound was made by Dykem.
I have a tube in my garage.
Someone had put some on one side of a flashlight. Then sat the flashlight on top of an urinal with the bluing facing the wall so that you couldn't see it. The Bearing Dept foreman walks in and decides to take a leak AT that urinal. While relieving himself. He grabs the flashlight with one hand and checks out the flashlight not knowing it has the bluing on it. Sits the flashlight back down on top of the urinal so that he can pull his zipper up. Spots the bluing on his hand. His fingers are covered. He's stuck.
What to do. We don't know how he got his zipper up. But half hour after it happen. We ALL got called to a special meeting. Management said that if ANYONE gets caught bluing. They WILL BE FIRED ON TH SPOT. So everyone agreed not to do it. After the meeting. The shop went nuts bluing everything up.
We was finding bluing for a week afterwards.
