They just switched us over to using ADP by itself (apparently it saves the in-house people ~2 hours of work a week or something when using our old in-house system) and they're not making us (just in IT) punch out for lunches.
It's ******* hell. We don't have set lunch times, we typically work through lunch (but not now, if I'm clocked out I'm telling people I can't help them), etc.
