Yup, normal. FYI -- any clutch upgrade that replaces the dual-mass flywheel with a single-mass will amplify the chatter at low RPMs...degree depending upon whether it's a marcel or non-marcel type. But the trade-off is no more rubber-band lash slipping into 1st, and consistent/precise clutch pedal engagement point.
This strays from your question, but another part that will upgrade your clutch performance by a noticeable degree is the RJM HD master cylinder. Its billet construction and braided steel line will help eliminate some "squishiness" and offer more reliable service than the plastic/rubber OEM unit. Important upgrade if you're picky about clutching. (Won't eliminate the chatter, though -- that comes from the drivetrain.)
