Thanks for this! I removed the oem spoiler over the weekend using this guide.

Stupid me, I was cutting with a blade, and I scratched up the trunk quite a bit haha so be careful! It'll be covered by my duckbill, or the sport spoiler if I were to replace it in the future, so not a big deal, but figured I'd mention it here (I thought I had the blade angled enough to not touch the trunk, but clearly I didn't). I got two scratches deep enough it went through to the metal, so I'll be applying touch up paint before installing the new spoiler.

And removing the original double-sided tape is tough! I'm using a mix of goo-gone, heat gun, rubbing with my fingers, and repeat! I'm about 80% done, all the large pieces have been removed, just need to work out the fine lines remaining. I've parked my car in the sun today (normally it's hiding in the garage), so it should be much easier to take out when I get home.
