I had a 2010 370z convertible and never had issues with drop out but that car got totalled beginning of this year. I purchased a like new 2012 370z Coupe and have XM drop out non stop now even when there is a clear line of site on the freeway. Im honestly thinking it is an antennae issue although the cell towers could be interfering as well but the antennae on the convertible was on the trunk lid and a taller antennae verses the little shark fin the coupe has. I am to the point of cancelling my subscription to XM as a result of the drop out issues at this point. I can pull up most of what I listen too on Youtube online now anyway. I only listen to about 3 of the stations anyway on XM so it doesnt make much sense to keep paying for it when they clearly have signal strength issues going on. its always saying searching for signal and I have done the set up several times as well to regain the signal. Never seems to last or resolve the issue
