Regarding the price you stated, it depends on the options added to the Nismo. IMO, I think $44k is a fair price. I bought both of my 370Z’s used and both previous owners left the original MSRP sticker sheet and maintenance records, and both Z’s were in the $42k range (of course, these Z’s had all the bells & whistles).
Unfortunately I haven’t been able to find many used CPO’s in the country (Searching in Autotrader only) and the ones they have, are selling in the upper 30’s.

I’m gonna keep looking, hopefully I find a brand new one at a great price..
