Default Brake Temps at the track

What are folks getting for brake temps at the track, and how does that translate to fluid temps?

I've been fighting high brake temps at the track for my last few events.
The latest has been installing the Stillen brake duct kit. So currently I'm running Castrol SRF fluid, Project Mu HC800 pads, Z1 2 piece rotors, and the brake duct kit. This is with the sport pack's akebonos.

Last of 3 sessions got up to 850F measuring the swept section of the rotor, and had my brakes smoking plus calipers leaking fluid from the bleeders. The pedal still felt consistent, although had a bit more travel, and I didn't feel much brake fade.

What other steps have you taken to cool brakes?
