Likely need T-disk (or maybe R-disk) to clear sport calipers in the front. The VS-XX spoke design is very flat from bore to lip. Work's VS-XX chart shows a +19 offset for a 19x9.5 but it is for the A-disk. If that is the case, you'd need a spacer to increase disk size and then you might have more poke than you want.
