That 'fee' wasn't listed anywhere, we had to go talk to the clerk to find out that $$$ amount. Needless to say, we dropped the idea of a smog station pretty quick.

Glad I live in state with no emission testing.100 octane in the tank now with a very free flowing exhaust.
