The FSM lists the torque as 14 ft-lbs (or 168 in-lbs) ... that's provided you don't lubricate the threads with anti-seize. If you choose to lubricate the threads, the instructions for the Denso plugs indicate that you should reduce the torque by approximately one-third (... otherwise you could stress the plug or damage the threads by over-torquing). An alternative to torquing (according to the Denso instructions), is to finger-tighten the plug and then tighten it between 1/4 to 1/2 turn. I chose to lubricate the plugs and torqued them to approx. 115-120 in-lbs ... which turned out to be between 1/4 and 1/2 turn after finger-tightening.
