Man this chat travels fast. About the Traegar grill I am still new to smokers (3 months or so) and thanks for the advice on not trying a brisket yet. I am in a closed facebook smoker forum that a buddy got me in and they have a ton of good ideas. I don't think the bbq is going to get as much attention as it did last year because of this smoker
