I do have a soft suspension setup with stock sport/base springs, Konis set to almost full soft at the rear and 50% at the front and a Eibach front bar. It seemed to only lightly rub and may not rub with stiffer springs or shock settings.
Regardless, I could feed in much more throttle exiting turns and I felt that even 1st gear traction accelerating in a straight line was better. I put the end link back on but if I go with stiffer springs in the future or find myself at a rainy track day I may pull it off again.

If you go with stiffer springs you definitely want to keep it off. I drove the whole week at ZDAYZ with the TC off. I thought I set it to be on at the lower end, but when I checked it was totally off so I left it. That was after driving in the wet on Toyo r888. Call me crazy! Lol
